Do Moxie Girls speak English?

Si.

Will I always have the same person coming?

Thats the goal. However, our Girls are human, so sometimes your Moxie Girl will get ill or go on vacation. In those cases we will offer to substitute another Moxie Girl for that time. If we need to switch your Girl indefinitely, we train her to your expectations to make sure the transition is smooth.

Who provides the service?

Moxie Girl hires and trains our staff for all services we provide. If you have a request that is beyond our abilities, we have locally owned companies we work with that we would be happy to recommend to you.

Do I need to provide my own supplies?

We bring green supplies with us for cleaning type work. If you prefer the harsher stuff (bleach, ammonia, etc.) we would be happy to use your supplies according to your instructions. We do ask that each client provide their own vacuum, mop, and toilet brushes. We like to avoid tracking someone else's pet dander and other ickies to your home. It just makes logical sense. Any other supplies necessary for your project can be purchased by you or by Moxie Girl (which may be billed to your account).

What makes Moxie Girl different from other companies or individuals?

We are not simply a cleaning company, an organizer, or a personal assistant. We are ALL of those, plus more. We love to say "YES". By taking care of all the details, including liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, payroll, taxes, and hiring and training your assistant, we not only provide quality, we provide sanity!

How can I pay?

We accept cash, check, e-check, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex).

Do you offer one-time service?

Definitely! Moxie Girl also offers "Project Packs", which are a simple and perfect solution for one-time organizing projects (not to be used solely for cleaning). Packs are available in multiple sizes to meet the needs of your project.

When do I pay?

Well it depends on the plan and service that you purchase. Moxie Memberships are pre-paid, with reimbursement for any expenses due at the end of the month. Project Packs are also pre-paid with any reimbursements due at the completion of the project. On-call and ongoing services and any necessary reimbursements are billed after services are received or by any schedule that works best for you. We are flexible to make your life easier.

Do I need to be there when my Moxie Girl is at my place?

Nope. Some clients give us a key, some leave a key hidden, some give us a garage code, and some prefer to be home. Whichever you are comfortable with is okay with us.

Is there a contract term?

No! However, all Moxie Memberships come with a 30-day cancellation policy.

Will you watch my kids?

While we do like kids, unfortunately our insurance company does not want us to be left responsible for them. We do know some great nanny companies though!

Can you take my Aunt Mildred to her doctors appointments?

Again, our insurance company will not let us take any humans in our cars. We do have other great companies we can refer you to for all Aunt Mildred's needs.
